The documents of the sellers are checked by the site and obtained from them, but the responsibilities related to the quality, price, content, conditions and also the after-sales service of the product are the responsibility of the sellers.
The invoice of the goods offered by the sellers on the site is issued by the site.
Buyers have up to 5 working days after placing the order and confirming it, they have the opportunity to register the request for sending the invoice.
The time of sending goods can change depending on the type of goods
If there is a delay in processing your order, you will be notified via SMS or email and the site will try to supply the product/products you want as soon as possible. If the product is not supplied after 5 days, the items in Waiting for your order will be canceled systemically.
The method of return from the sale of sellers' goods is done according to the site's regulations and the seller assumes responsibility for any non-compliance.
In the case of requesting after-sales service, the site will only accept the customer's request to return the seller's product if coordination has been made in this case and the barcode label on the product has not been removed.

The seller is obliged to return the customer's amount in the first 24 hours in case of technical defects that include warranty issues. These items must be clearly stated in the sales invoice.
During the warranty period, if the device cannot be repaired for any reason, the seller is obliged to replace it with a healthy device or return the money at the current price. Sending and receiving the device for warranty service is the responsibility of the seller.
The occurrence of any technical problems caused by impact, breakage, water penetration, chemical substances, fire, electricity fluctuations, heavy dust, any unprincipled manipulation and repair by different people and unprincipled use of the device are among the warranty cancellation cases.
